Using Sutra
These terms cover Sutra at joinsutra.com, operated by GrowthForgeAI LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Use Sutra only if you are an adult who can enter this agreement and, when acting for a business or client, have authority to do so. Questions can be sent to hello@joinsutra.com.
Accounts and client authority
Provide accurate account and business information, protect your sign-in details and notify us if access is compromised. Connect only websites, Google properties, CMS accounts and other services you are authorized to manage. Agencies are responsible for their client permissions, the information they supply and the workspace access they grant.
Permissions and automated work
Sutra performs checks and scheduled work within the features, limits and permissions you select. Publishing, page changes and outreach require the applicable connection and permission. Review those choices carefully. A report connection alone does not give permission for unrelated external actions.
You can pause supported future work and change permissions. An action already delivered to another service may need reconciliation or a separate recovery step. Stopping a job, disconnecting a service or reverting Sutra’s source code does not automatically recall an email or undo a published page. Restoration, where supported, respects later changes made outside Sutra.
Your content and AI output
You retain the rights you hold in content you provide. You permit us and the service providers needed for your selected features to process it to operate Sutra. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions. AI output may be inaccurate or similar to other output. Review factual, legal and brand claims before approving them, especially when authorizing automatic publication. Source references and automated reviews do not guarantee correctness or ownership rights.
Measurements and results
Search engines, answer engines and third-party websites determine their own results. Sutra does not guarantee rankings, traffic, citations, backlinks, acceptance by a directory or revenue. Our scores are Sutra’s own measures. Model-knowledge answers are not measurements of live consumer answer-engine results. Sample data is illustrative. A failed check means unavailable evidence, not a measured zero or a confirmed lost link.
Responsible use
Do not use Sutra for unlawful activity, unsolicited bulk messaging, impersonation, unauthorized access or publication, fabricated claims or interference with another service. Respect recipients, website rules and third-party terms. Do not bypass security, permission checks, usage limits or verification challenges. Credentials and one-time codes must not be placed in AI prompts. We may restrict access to investigate or stop misuse and protect users or the service.
Plans and test payments
Features and usage limits depend on the plan shown in your workspace. The current Dodo Payments integration operates in test mode; sandbox payments do not establish a live paid subscription. Live charges require an explicitly presented live offer and checkout. Any price, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund terms applicable to that offer must be shown before purchase. Availability and connected services
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be developing, have limits or depend on provider access and uptime. Do not treat an unconnected integration or an unavailable report as an operational feature. Connected providers have their own terms and may change access, quotas or functionality. Keep your own copies of important business material. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Leaving and requesting help
You can stop using Sutra, pause websites and disconnect supported services. See our privacy policy for retained information and access, export or deletion requests. Removing a Google permission does not itself delete saved reports or close your Sutra account. Contact hello@joinsutra.com for account closure, shared-workspace questions or a privacy request.
Changes and contact
We identify revisions by the date above. Material changes will be explained through the service or account communications before they take effect. If you disagree, stop using the affected service and contact hello@joinsutra.com about your account and information. These terms do not introduce a mandatory arbitration process or replace a separately agreed written contract.
